Google Workspace
While you are a registered student with us, we will provide you with free access to Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides etc) Register or log on HERE.
Moodle
Moodle is the academic platform used by teachers here in the college for their courses and components. Teachers upload their class notes and extra resource material for you to access at any time. It is also used for submitting your assignment work. With Moodle, you have 24 hour access to online access to your College Moodle account. Log on HERE.
Laptop Loan Scheme
The campus operates a laptop loan scheme for students in all of our locations. An application form is available from Course Directions early in the term for access to a laptop for the year and successful students can collect laptops from the office shortly after that. This scheme facilitates students in accessing the technology they need in order to be most successful in their chosen course.
TEL & IT Student Support
If you have any TEL/IT issues eg. logging onto your email, accessing Moodle etc. and need some support in this area, please email ict@mallowcampus.ie (details will be given at the start of the academic year).
Skills/Study Hub
There is a Study Hub located directly next to the Student Café where students can spend free time working on assignments, there is also a staff member present for any IT support that may be needed.
ID Cards
All students are issued with a student ID Card. ID cards must be returned to the Office upon leaving of a programme before final completion. The Campus reserves the right to withhold an ID card that is used inappropriately by a person not registered on a programme.
A Student ID card will be for the duration of your programme of study and will be reissued, if required, each year as you may progress through a programme. A replacement ID card can be applied for a €15 fee is charged for the replacement of a lost ID (payable at reception).
Progressions Information Sessions
Information sessions on progressions options are facilitated for all course regularly throughout the year. Representatives from our partner universities regularly visit the college and this information is sent by email and is listed on HERE.
Maths
Will you need Maths for QQI Progression to 3rd Level?
We off this to our students for free as a part of our Nightschool, we have an intake in January, May and September for further details please follow the link HERE.
Support and Guidance
A free confidential guidance and career counselling service is available to support learners. Study advisors are also available to assist with the transition back to study or to improve existing study techniques.
Disability Support
The College is committed to providing appropriate learning, assistive technology and examination supports for eligible students, within the limits of available resources.
To avail of supports, students must register with the college’s Disability Support Service by contacting the Disability Support Officer and providing documentation relevant to individual student needs. Email disabilitysupportservice@mallowcampus.ie.

Cork ETB Learners’ Voices Group was established in April 2021. It is led by learners and aims to give Cork ETB learners a voice. Please find latest learners voice newsletter HERE.
